Vojtěch has spent over 7 years implementing WMS across Central and Western Europe, with particular depth in automated warehouses. He has delivered projects involving GEEK+ goods-to-person robots, AutoStore grid systems, SSI Schaefer conveyor lines, and AGV fleets — bridging the WMS software layer with the physical automation layer that most consultants treat as someone else's problem. Before founding FitWMS he also carried ERP implementation experience, giving him an unusually broad picture of how warehouse systems sit inside a larger IT landscape. Crucially, he has worked on both sides of the table: as an implementation provider and as a customer navigating a WMS rollout. That dual perspective shapes how FitWMS approaches every engagement — with honesty about where complexity hides and realistic expectations from day one.
